Full day In Person Tuition

This class is perfect for all ability of cake designer, if your just starting out and would like to learn the basics of filling and ganaching a single tier cake upto creating tiered, sugarpaste finshed wedding cakes. Or if you'd love to learn how to create beautiful sugar flowers then this is the class for you.
 
Classes are held in my purpose built cake studio at my home in Colne, Lancashire. 
 
Tuition can be chosen on a 1:1 basis or if you have a cakey friend then im happy to offer 2:1 session which is available at a discounted price.
