Hi, I'm Laura!

I design, create and deliver every wedding cake and special treat personally.

I love to create beautiful, contemporary cake designs which coordinate with your day perfectly. Working with couple's ideas and visions is my favourite part of the process. I love to dig into your ideas and expand on what is possible.

 

I am passionate about what I do, and this can be seen in the time spent delivering attention to detail.

I have always had a love for designing and creating. I initially started my career with a degree in fashion studies and after graduating went onto work in the industry in the south of england. 

​

When I made the decision to relocate back to the north I then changed careers and retrained as a secondary school teacher of design and technology. I taught for 5 years at high school level, all the while making cakes for friends and family before deciding to take the career on full time in order to spend more time with my 3 beautiful children.

​

Since then my business has grown to a place I never expected and I have made lots of friends and happy customers along the way.
